Once we have put in basic security and backup we start working on remediating every device software and computer system in your network to reduce risk of ongoing support requirements.
Every computer (desktop, laptop and server) is backed up, wiped and re-built so that nis.au know there are no risk of security and ongoing problems.
niss.au has customers Australia wide. We are not interested in traveling the length and breadth of this country to supply onsite support. For this reason we rely on reliable network infrastructure.
On commencement of a Tota Care agreement, we remediate every network cable and piece of network equipment so that we have a reliable platform for remote only support.
Every network device is patched and re-configured so we know the status for ongoing support.

- Total Care customers must have an approved network with redundancies in place. If a redundant and capable network is not in place we will work with you to archive this.
