Total Care is a truly unlimited support service. There are no gotchas or added costs.
All new customers receive a 100% computer network and systems remediation.
- There is no additional charge for this.
- Every device (PC, server, network device, etc.) on your network is inspected and remediated to a known state for optimal performance configuration and security.
- If there is any doubt about the security or reliability of a device, we we re-build it. That means we rebuild it.
- Computers are backed up, wiped and reinstalled as new, to a known, healthy and secure state.
- All devices are pacthed patch with the latest firmware
- DNS records are remediated
